Just had to write and say what a fabulous time we had and it was all down to your fantastic organisational skills, friendliness and professionalism.
 
From the pick up at Murcia Airport and the welcome host, information about the area we were visiting and surrounding places to visit and last but not least the beautiful accommodation we stayed in.

My wife & myself arranged a visit to the Balsicas area, via the offices of Murcia Villas Sucina, with the purpose of viewing property's available for purchase.

        

We were met & escorted by John & Linda throughout our visit in a most friendly and professional manner. They not only arranged property viewing but also Ist  class accommodation for the duration of our stay.

 

They also supplied valuable information on life in Spain.

This resulted in us purchasing a Ist.class property within budget.

July 2010 Regarding a holiday in La Torre

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Manga Monte Blanco apartments. Our 1 bed was more than ideal, the kitchen was suprisingly well equipped. The apartment was very clean on arrival as were the surrounding grounds. I felt very secure which was important as I was travelling alone with my 5 year old son.I will certainly return and have no hesitation in recomending to my friends.

We had a wonderful holiday with Murcia Villas last year and the way we were looked after, and have booked again for August 2010.

We are really looking forward to going back to Murcia, afterall a pool is a pool anywhere in the sun, but it was the way Murcia Villas looked after us when there were a couple of slight problems that made our holiday special, nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment at Roda was lovely, and the children particularly enjoyed the ground floor apartment’s proximity to the pool. Pool very clean. Garden really well maintained. There was plenty of parking outside and we did not bother with the underground car park for the time we were there. Although Roda is a big development each block has a “small” feel about it, it is really clever architecture.

We took your advice and went to Miramar at Cabo de Palos for family paella...and it lived up to our expectations.

Hello Fiona,

Just wanted to thank you for arranging transfer from and to the airport for my sister, Daphne, and I. We had a very relaxing holiday with glorious weather and not a trucker in sight!!  (This email was sent 2 weeks after the General Strike June 2008).

The apartment was excellent, very spacious and clean. Light and airy and very tastefully decorated. With the Mar Menor ar the end of the apartment blocks you have everything you need for a perfect day in the sun. It's like have a very large swimming pool at the end of your garden! There is a v large supermarket across the road and as the kitchen is so well equipped you have no need to search out restaurants, although there are quite a few at the marina which is a couple of minutes walk away. Towards the other end of the strip a visit to Cabo de Palos is a must, lovely old buildings and seafront walks, fabulous views and reasonable seafront restaurants. The bus service is great (24hr service) and is only 95 cents per trip. As you can see we really enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be returning soon and hopefully booking the same apartment!

I am so fed up with British people living in Spain and trading as Estate Agents, I am constantly being told and given incorrect information on buying a property in Spain. You know I love honesty, unless I am speaking to my bank manager,ha!

so thanks for being one of those rare agents who do not waste people's time and money and get then to fly out to look at property that is totally advertised wrongly. I can wait for the correct place to buy, so if any suitable properties come along, please let me know.
