New office at La Torre Golf Resort, Balsicas, Murcia, Spain

5 years after opening its first office in Los Belones, the Directors of Murcia Villas are very proud to announce that from Feb 1st the second office of Murcia Villas will open at La Torre Golf Resort, Balsicas, with Chris and Jane Whent at the helm.

The operation will be run on a franchise basis allowing the business to be managed by Chris and Jane with the assistance from the main office at
Los Belones office. Murcia Villas has always been known in providing expat property Owners a very personable service yet have always strived to
reach the highest professional standards whilst maintaining a competitive price.

Hugh and Fiona are delighted that Chris and Jane have decided to accept the offer to open the next office in Murcia, and it is anticipated there will be a further 11 franchisees managing and letting Villas and apartments at the best of the new golf and leisure resorts within the region under the corporate banner of Murcia Villas..

They will be both working and living on the 5 star resort from Polaris World and will look forward to managing,  letting, and selling, the various different types of residential properties at La Torre Golf Resort.

Chris Whent comments “Jane and I are delighted to have this fantastic opportunity of setting up our own business in this beautiful part of Spain. Being able to both live here in Murcia full time and run our own business under an established brand name was ideal.  La Torre Golf Resort has a very exciting future with its Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, brand new bars restaurants and a five star hotel well under construction which will provide a great holiday location”.

Murcia Villas has continued to grow its client base of holidaymakers via internet marketing and promoting self catering holiday accommodation via various website portals. Chris further commented,  “the use of the internet for booking holidays has grown immeasurably and stands to reason that, with the growing number of holidaymakers flying with low cost carriers, there is an increasing number of travelers happy to book their accommodation via the Internet. There is no longer a need to book self catering holidays through third party Tour Operators or Travel Agents. Clients can receive a first class service without the expense of large travel institutions”.

Fiona James of Murcia Villas stated that “holidaymakers do not use a Tour Operator or Travel Agent to book self catering accommodation to holiday in Cornwall; and with only a 2 hour flight to Murcia the same applies here although in some instances its quicker to travel here and a lot warmer in Murcia!”

The destination of Murcia being the best place in Europe  to come and enjoy a great holiday is slowly being discovered and Murcia Villas will be shouting out that message from the sun decked rooftops!
