Richard Dear

Richard has been working in the overseas property and management marketplace for the last 7 years, focusing mainly within Morocco and Mainland Spain.  However, he has also lived and worked in Canada, Gibraltar, Cyprus, Egypt, The Greek Island of Rhodes and also the exotic regions of Peckham and Walthamstow, in previous positions.

After an extremely successful period within the Spanish property market, Richard moved on to the untouched markets in North Africa, namely, Morocco, the main project being in Saidia located on the Mediterranean coast, however, also working within projects in Agadir, Casablanca and Marrakesh, and also smaller developments in Tangier and the Golden mile area of Marina Smir.

Prior to working in the overseas property market, Richard was involved in the IT Recruitment industry, working for Computer People in St. Albans and in the West End of London.  Moving on to the City based firm TechPartners International, and finally starting his own Recruitment Company, Nitrogen Recruitment, based in Newbury Berkshire,  supplying contact and permanent staff to blue chip clients such as Compaq and Microsoft.

In what seems like a previous life, Richard severed within the Infantry of the British Army, namely The Royal Anglian Regiment and enjoyed international travel and experience; he feels this period of his career was attending the “University of Life”

Richard really enjoys working as a part of the Resort Worldwide team, he loves helping franchisees find not only a new and better lifestyle, but also a sound business model to kick start the new era in their lives.  As an added bonus Richard loves the initial training models and the continuation training, and gets real pleasure seeing franchises grown from strength to strength.

In his spare time enjoys, spending time with his family, skiing, and is a keen sportsman.
