Founded by Hugh and Fiona James, Murcia Villas SL started in 2002 in a modest office in Los Belones, close to the exclusive La Manga Club Resort. From these humble beginnings, the company has grown into one of the leading multi-lingual property agencies in southeastern Spain.

Balsicas & La Torre – La Torre Golf Resort, El Valle Golf Resort, Mosa Trajectum
Sucina – Full-service property sales and management
Mar Menor Golf Resort – Sales and management
We also have two remote offices in Hacienda del Álamo and the Costa Blanca South to serve our expanding client base.

March 2008: Opened Murcia Villas La Torre with Chris and Jane Whent
September 2008: Opened Murcia Villas Sucina with John and Linda King
December 2008: Chris and Jane took over Murcia Villas La Manga
February 2010: Expanded La Torre & Sucina office in Balsicas
October 2010: Opened Murcia Villas Roda in Roda Village
April 2011: Opened a new Sucina office in the town centre
June 2022: Opened Murcia Villas Mar Menor on El Boulevard
