Jane Whent – Property Management Director, Murcia Villas La Manga

Jane Whent leads the Murcia Villas La Manga office, specialising in property management services for homeowners in Murcia. Having lived in the region full-time since 2007, Jane brings a wealth of local knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to her clients.

Together with her husband Chris, Jane previously set up and successfully managed Murcia Villas La Torre before returning to La Manga to focus on her own community and clients. Over the years, Jane has built a strong reputation for trustworthy, reliable, and personalised property care, always going the extra mile to ensure every client receives exceptional service.

Before moving to Spain, Jane worked for NatWest Bank for many years, gaining valuable customer service and financial expertise. She later became a Payroll Manager for a medium-sized company, further developing her organisational and management skills.

Jane and Chris bought their holiday home in Playa Paraiso in 2002, where they enjoyed many family breaks before making the life-changing decision to move to Spain permanently.

Outside of her professional role, Jane enjoys travelling, motorsport, and Formula 1. She combines her passion for Spain with her commitment to helping property owners achieve peace of mind, knowing their homes are in safe hands.
