Requirements for Application
To qualify for the Nomad Visa, applicants must be eligible in all categories
Employment: Work for a company registered outside Spain, operating for at least one year, and employed by the company for at least three months. The employer must confirm in writing that the position allows remote work.
Experience/Education: Provide evidence of 3 years of relevant work experience or hold a degree from a recognised university or business school.
Proof of Income: Have a minimum of €25,000 available for the main applicant and €9,500 per dependent, verified with a bank certificate. Salary slips or employment contracts can also demonstrate financial liquidity.
Medical Insurance: Private health insurance from a Spanish insurance provider is mandatory.
Criminal Record: No criminal record within the last five years.
Application Submission: Applications must be submitted in Spain, ideally with the assistance of a Spanish solicitor—no consulate involvement is required.

Initial Residency: 3 years
Renewal: Up to 2 additional years
Permanent Residency: Eligible after 5 years of continuous residency
