San Javier is a area on the northern coast of the Costa Cálida in the region of Murcia with a wide range of amenities including banks, solicitors, doctors, supermarkets, and schools.

Very close to the seaside village of Santiago de la Ribera, located on the beaches of the Mar Menor, which started out as an old fishing. There are 4 kilometres of golden sands and a palm-lined promenade that runs the length of the beach.  In addition to the bars and restaurants located on the promenade, there is a wider choice in the town centre of “La Ribera”, as it is more often referred to by the locals.
