Pre-completion Property Inspections (Snagging)

So you have found your dream property in Spain and waited years for the phone call from your lawyer saying your property is finally ready, and like many foreign buyers your solicitor have power of attorney and are about to completed (on your behalf) on your new Spanish holiday home.

Did you know you now have only 15 days to list any faults (snags) to the builder?

If you are not in the country at the time how can you do this?

If you are in the country, do you have want to waste your precious time checking this? (And more importantly, will you still be in the country to check the snags have been completed?)

Let us take care of it for you, from just €175 we will liaise with the builders on your behalf and produce a snagging list in English and email this to you together with digital photos, within 48 hrs of inspecting your property. We will also send this report to your solicitor (if requested)

Then, unlike some other companies that will charge you extra, we follow up the builder on your behalf when needed until the snags have been completed, (whether this is one additional visit or several) each time reporting to you via email.

We do not produce fancy colour laminated brochures; we keep our costs down by producing relevant reports via email. We deal directly with the developer on your behalf and will always forward you the contact person and all correspondences.
