New Office in Los Alcazares

In these challenging times it is good to see that one company is putting some confidence back into the property market.  Murcia Villas are taking the positive step of opening their fourth office office in Murcia, this time in the popular Mar Menor coastal town of Los Alcazares.

Murcia Villas was established 9 years ago to provide first rate estate agency services and reliable property & rental management for clients who had purchased properties on the Costa Calida and across the region of Murcia.  Now with 3 offices already operating in the region, the opening of their 4^th based in Los Alcazares, means that when it comes to available customer resources, Murcia Villas are truly unrivalled.  Murcia Villas have a dedicated team to assist clients with all aspects of property sales, management and rentals wherever they are based in the Murcia region.

Murcia Villas opened their new office in Los Alcazares on 1^st February headed by John Mitchell from Murcia Villas Roda and Craig Carter of Murcia Villas Mar Menor.  The office is a situated a short distance from the main “Mercadona” square in Los Alcazares and creates a convenient “walk in” environment for clients to meet the team as well as being an ideal window for displaying both sales and rental properties.

Murcia Villas La Manga is run by Chris and Jane Whent from their office in the centre of Los Belones.  Chris and Jane have gone from strength to strength with a large portfolio of properties for sale, and available for holiday or long term rental.  They are assisted by a Spanish member of staff, Florencia who speaks fluent English.

Murcia Villas La Torre and Sucina are run by John and Linda King from their office on the main street in Balsicas.  John and Linda have considerable experience of property sales and management and due the success of the office in Balsicas they have now opened a 2nd premises in the town centre of Sucina.
