Los Belones Office


 

Location and how to find us

The office is located on the main road through Los Belones.  We are opposite La Bodega Cueva, and neighbouring shops include BEDS, Rierpi´s Bar and Busquetes.

If you are entering Los Belones from Cartagena side the office is on the right hand side approximately 500m from the roundabout.   If you are entering Los Belones from the La Manga Strip end of the village then pass through the majority if the village, go past the church and main square and continue on the main road.  Murcia Villas Office is on the left hand side opposite La Bodega Cueva  and Via Romana Italian Restaurant.

There is free parking outside in the parking bays.

History

Murcia Villas opened an office in Los Belones in November 2002 and have continued to provide their clients with excellent customer service over the past 9 years.  The office is run by husband and wife team Chris and Jane Whent, who are assisted by Florencia and Monica (our bilingual Spanish Staff) and Andrew House.   Generally speaking Chris and Andy specialise in property sales and Jane is in charge of the Property Management area of the business.
