New team member scores a hat-trick at La Torre

Emma Todd of Murcia Villas

Recently recruited Emma Todd, Sales Advisor for Murcia Villas La Torre and Sucina, left the office in Balsicas on Monday morning and by the time she returned before lunch she had let 3 properties on long term let at the prestigious La Torre Golf Resort.

Which means they now need more properties!

 

“It was all a bit of a whirlwind really. I initially went out on one viewing and confirmed a long term rental to a Spanish client.  I then received a call from the office to advise that another client wanted to view properties on La Torre, this client had a friend with him and they decided to rent 3 properties on a long term basis."

"Subsequently, we had to ensure the properties were cleaned, fire precaution packs were installed, gas safety certificates were completed and rental contracts were drawn up. However, both the tenants and the owners were delighted with the quick turn around we were able to achieve.”   Emma continued that she was pleased to have been able to spend time with John King, Director of Murcia Villas La Torre and Sucina, during which she was provided with the valuable training to ensure she was confident in performing her role effectively and professionally. 

John added, “We are so pleased for Emma, she works hard and is very enthusiastic and her bubbly personality means she is a joy to work with.  She has vast experience gained from running her own business back in the UK, therefore, her customer care skills are second nature.  I’m very happy to have her as part of our growing team. Of course we have the small problem that we now only have just two properties available on La Torre Golf Resort, one furnished apartment with one unfurnished, and due to daily requests from our website and walk in clients we  are now looking to find more owners who would like to instruct us to rent their properties.”
