Manager of operations for Murcia Villas,
Michelle Wilcox - Hutton comments, "We are pleased to have completed a very
busy summer, 3930 rental days from the 15th June to the 15th September is
the final total. Although there was a downturn in UK clients, which has
been attributed to the World Cup and the strength of the dollar turning
attentions away from the Spanish market, this has been more than compensated
by a large increase in bookings from the Spanish domestic market. We are
also delighted to receive some very kind comments regarding the high
standard of cleaning and presentation of apartments from both holidaymakers
and Owners alike. This is down to our excellent team of cleaners (4 teams of
2) who pride themselves on getting that all important first impression spot

Successfully housed in rented accomodation
35 officers of the "Guardia Civil" and their families for the summer duration for
the third consecutive year. Fiona James, Director of Lettings comments
"Again it has been a very
successful summer for Homeowners of properties in the Playa Paraiso, Playa
Honda and Mar de Crystal areas for this particular contract. However we will
need to find more expat owners who are happy to relinquish their properties
for rental for the whole July and August period". |
